Terms of Service

1. Who we are

PyTestHub (www.pytesthub.com) is run by Toppers Education Centre Private Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company number 796688), whose registered address is San Antonius, 1 Laurence Avenue, Maynooth, W23 R6P1, Ireland ("we", "us"). You can contact us at amitsharma205@zohomail.com.

By creating an account or using PyTestHub you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. What PyTestHub does

PyTestHub generates practice papers in Python, SQL and Statistics on the topic and difficulty you choose, grades your answers automatically, and gives feedback and model answers. It also offers a live quiz tool for teachers at /live/.

3. Your account

• You need an account with a confirmed email address to create papers. Give accurate details and keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Creating extra accounts to get more free papers isn't allowed.
• You must be at least 16 to create an account, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

4. Plans and allowances

• Free: 3 papers a calendar month. Learner: 40 papers a calendar month, billed monthly or yearly. Current prices are on the Plans page.
• Allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) and unused papers don't carry over, including on yearly plans.
• A paper that fails to generate doesn't count towards your allowance. Each paper can be graded a limited number of times in total, shown on the site, because every grading is an AI request.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase, and Paddle charges your card, collects any VAT or sales tax and sends your receipts.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from Plans → Manage subscription. You keep the Learner plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it for a while; you keep access meanwhile. If it can't be collected, the subscription ends and your account returns to the Free plan.
• If we change prices, the new price applies from your next renewal after we've told you, and you can cancel before it does.

6. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 30 days of any payment. See our Refund Policy.

7. AI-generated content

Papers, model answers, grades and feedback are produced by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic). They are meant for practice. They can contain mistakes, and grades are an automated estimate, not an official assessment. Don't rely on them as professional, academic or exam-board advice.

8. Fair use

Please don't: try to get around the limits (for example with multiple accounts or automated requests); attack, overload or scrape the service; use it for anything unlawful; submit content that is abusive or that you have no right to share; or resell access to it.

9. Your content

Your answers belong to you. You allow us to store and process them, including sending them to our AI provider, so that we can grade them and show you your results. Anyone who has a paper's code or link can open that paper and take it, so share codes only with people you want to have them.

10. The service

We work to keep PyTestHub available and correct, but it's provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or change. We may add, change or remove features; if we make a change that takes away something you've paid for, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a refund of the unused part.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer under the law of your country. Otherwise, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Ending your account

You can stop using PyTestHub at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; if we do that without a good reason, we'll refund the unused part of any subscription.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use PyTestHub after that means you accept the new terms.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes go to the Irish courts. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
